"This is the freshest pre-launch MLM opportunity on the planet. Join now!"

Jumping into a new MLM opportunity could make you rich, or break you. Taking under consideration that the great majority of MLM companies go belly up within the first couple of years, you should consider it carefully. So what are the benefits and disadvantages of joining an internet promotion opportunity during its prelaunch phase?

Virtually all multilevel marketing corporations begin with a prelaunch phase. Why do they do that? It's to do with selling and creating interest and it is also a method of building a distribution network, where these first distributors don't have to pay to join. If the opportunity truly looks good many of those preliminary distributors might have their own teams that go with them, it's simply a technique of getting a lot of free advertising and getting some excitement going.

Manifestly the more teams of distributors an MLM company has the more sales it makes, that's clear.

Once their break even amount has been reached then the company is in profit, so that the faster they get the product out into the market, the quicker they can reach that break even point.

When any companies starts out it will take them numerous months to reach a breakeven point and to start showing a decent profit, so obviously signing up as many groups of new distributors as practicable the shorter that unprofitable phase will be.

Those distributors and their groups that do join up not only benefit because they didn't need to pay a buy-in charge but also know the company is trying to do anything to promote the product and get it to the marketplace as fast as attainable.

A multilevel selling company in pre-launch can save a lot of money as there's no product or distribution at this point, all the groups are being formed and going thru coaching.

Wow that sounds great or is it? Don't jump into this too fast.

The plain fact is, that nine out of ten MLM companies fail during their first 2 years of business, so before you jump in, bear that under consideration. During those first 2 or 3 years, just like if you had joined a longtime business, you'll put a great deal of effort into building your business and your team, and all of that time you have invested will be wasted.

Conversely those who have been lucky to join a company during its pre-launch which has become sucessful, have gone on to become very rich.

A lot depends upon the product, training and also what sort of compensation structure they offer.

Have a look at the management and make sure they have strong systems in place and ask questions. Take a good look at the product and see whether it is great quality and worth the money, is it able to just be purchased from a store?

Will it be around in 5 years?

An experienced marketer will be well placed to judge the company on a number of factors to choose whether he is going to join, but a new entrant to MLM may not have enough experience to be well placed to tell if this company will work.

You'll have to trust your sponsor to do that for you, so always ask questions.

It's very enticing, if you get in during the pre-launch either individually or with your own team, and the company does achieves success, both you and your team will prosper.

The bottom line with any internet marketing business you join is going to be how you run your business. Irrespective of whether a company is in prelaunch or has been around for thirty years it's all down to you. It's your attitude that matters. If you are offered a wonderful chance to join a prelaunch company, could you be a big hit? Do you know how you must build your business under any circumstance?

Your success is ultimately in your own hands. Are you a risk taker, or would you be more relaxed with a longtime business? Either way, this is your business, and it's only you that can make it succeed so it's up to you to decide in which situation you will be most cosy.
